- Administration and further development of our Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID)
- Automation of IT and application processes using PowerShell, Bash, Python or comparable scripting languages
- Setup and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), including versioning and deployment via Azure DevOps or Git(Hub)
- Operation, monitoring and protection of the IT infrastructure ashore and on board
- Analysis, design and implementation of requirements from the business departments
- Root cause analysis, incident and problem management in 2nd/3rd level support
- Coordination of external service providers and software vendors
- Planning and execution of tests, rollouts and system documentation
- Contribution to IT projects in the infrastructure, cloud and integration environment

Your profile
- Several years of experience in IT administration, ideally in a hybrid Microsoft environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and/or Active Directory Domain Services
- Confident command of at least one scripting or programming language (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) as well as with Azure DevOps or Git(Hub)
- Analytical, structured way of working and strong communication skills
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in automating recurring tasks
- Business-level proficiency in German and English
The following experience is advantageous: - Knowledge of the maritime industry or experience in a shipping/ship management environment
- Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision or Business Central
- Experience working with interfaces (APIs, web services, data integration)
- Experience with RMM, backup or monitoring solutions
