- Successfully completed business apprenticeship, ideally with a background in logistics or freight forwarding
- Initial professional experience in the transportation or logistics sector is desirable
- Market knowledge in the field of transportation services, preferably in shipping, as well as a good understanding of legal requirements
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with ticketing systems is a plus
